unit provides the full range of management consulting and
corporate advisory services to Indigenous businesses. These services
are subsidised by our corporate advisory activities. Services
include diagnostics, effectiveness reviews, strategic and business
planning, finance applications and advocacy and directors' training.

This unit provides
services to State and Federal Government Departments, including
management consultancy, assistance with policy development, and a range of
mentoring, monitoring and review functions within the clients of
Government. Services include mentoring, effectiveness reviews, change
management and governance training.

| OVERSEAS BUSINESS UNIT
|
This unit assists Australian and
overseas companies and Governments to develop links between Australia,
countries in SE Asia and the Americas. Services include board representation,
market surveys, confidential research and contract negotiation.

This unit assists the Boards and CEOs of organisations to improve
corporate governance and director effectiveness.
